Regional Key Accounts Executive (GRIT Programme)
Job Description
The Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities for a period of 6 months across various sectors.
The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills, preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship
MAIN PURPOSE
To support the Key Accounts – Mecca and Sephora Business and assist in collecting, managing and analysis of large data sets – for business decisions and analysis of reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES 1
- Assist in preparing Monthly Sales Reports, providing insights, trends and metrics
RESPONSIBILITIES 2
- Assist in creating and running excel reports
- Oversee data accuracy and refinement of dashboards
RESPONSIBILITIES 3
- Data analysis for business decisions and analysis of reports for key stakeholders
- Support preparation of the data for managers to review monthly estimates to ensure timely and accurate reporting
REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights (e.g., business implications) that guide key
business decisions
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
• Ability to bring onboard new perspectives and ways to carry out tasks and solve problems
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and team environment
