Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

Join Talent Merge as a Recruitment Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment mandates while building strong client and candidate relationships across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and role requirements through structured job briefings
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships to become their preferred recruitment partner
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice to support clients' talent acquisition decisions

Candidate Management

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networking
• Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer management

Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage the onboarding process to ensure successful placements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across recruitment systems and ATS platforms

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment or a client-facing role is an advantage
