Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans within the electronics industry.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management to provide HR advisory support on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM guidelines, workplace safety requirements, and other relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and workplace culture enhancement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead compensation and benefits reviews, salary benchmarking exercises, annual increment and bonus exercises, and HR budget planning.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, continuous improvement of HR processes, and implementation of HR best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics, manpower reports, turnover statistics, and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within the electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, precision engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, compensation & benefits practices and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
