Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials application stack across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Intercompany, and Expenses modules
  • Run and improve Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, EDMCS), covering business rules, metadata, data loads, forms, dashboards, and reports
  • Keep Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations running smoothly between Oracle Fusion and internal or external systems, including REST/SOAP services, FBDI bulk loads, file-based integrations, event-driven flows, and error handling
  • Handle incidents, find root causes, and put permanent fixes in place to keep the system stable with little impact to the business
  • Manage Oracle's quarterly update cycles by checking impact, running regression tests, reviewing new features, and rolling changes out to production
  • Build and maintain FBDI/ADFdi data loads, BI Publisher and OTBI reports, BPM approval workflows, security roles, and ESS job setups
  • Work with Oracle Support on service requests, escalations, patch checks, and product roadmap discussions
  • Turn finance and accounting needs into technical setups across sub-ledger to GL, multi-currency, multi-ledger, consolidations, and reconciliation
  • Keep clear records of application setup, integration designs, configuration changes, and day-to-day runbooks so knowledge stays within the team
  • Work with finance and IT teams to spot improvement opportunities and turn them into useful enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, covering both setup and ongoing support
  • Hands-on experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (at least two of FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS) including rule design, calculation scripts, and Data Management / Data Integration; strong skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building REST/SOAP integrations, orchestrations, FBDI integrations, lookups, error handling, and monitoring; solid working knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and EPM Automate; good grasp of accounting flows, sub-ledger to GL, multi-currency, multi-ledger, consolidations, and reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of ITIL practices and modern delivery tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work on your own and with cross-functional teams
