Head of Operations

We are currently hiring for a Head of Operations based in Singapore.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimisation, regulatory governance, and team leadership within a highly regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee daily operational functions
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk controls
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners
• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
• Support strategic business initiatives and transformation projects

Requirements:
• Strong leadership experience within insurance or financial services
• Proven track record in operations management and process improvement
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience managing teams and operational stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
