The Role

As Lead of Risk Operations, you will own the end-to-end performance of a fraud risk operations team — driving case resolution quality, detection accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will champion automation and AI adoption to reduce manual workload, build team capability, and serve as the key liaison across Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and VIP functions

What You'll Do

• Lead the Risk Operations team to exceed core KPIs including case resolution time, accuracy, and fraud detection rates
• Identify root causes of user friction and implement process improvements that reduce risk exposure
• Drive automation and AI integration to reduce manual interventions and improve scalability
• Develop training frameworks, operational playbooks, and knowledge-sharing systems
• Empower sub-team leads to own end-to-end operational objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Support, and VIP teams on fraud risk initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in fraud risk operations or related roles within fintech, financial services, or technology — crypto industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record leading teams to exceed operational KPIs
• Hands-on experience applying automation and AI tools to risk or fraud operations
• Familiarity with KYC processes and fraud risk regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage teams across time zones and cultural backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a root-cause mindset
