Private Household Manager / Family Assistant

About our client

A high-net-worth family relocating to Singapore is looking for a trusted and experienced Private Household Manager to support their day-to-day family life on a long-term basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing household operations and coordinating family support staff (helper, driver, childcare)
• Handling medical appointments, errands, and personal logistics
• Supporting relocation and settling-in arrangements
• Liaising with vendors and service providers

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting high-net-worth or private families
• Familiarity with Singapore's local lifestyle and family service resources (FDW recruitment, childcare, medical)
• Experience with infant care or young children is a strong plus
• Strong discretion and confidentiality
• Stable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Short notice preferred
