License Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Process License Application Form  
• Put up License submissions to the Authority
• Track submissions approved by the Authority
• Prepare drafts, verify payments from applicants 
• Meet Applicants for handover and takeover  
• Update master list and track License status, expiry, renewal and refund of security deposits

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Events and Venue management or Marketing or Hospitality and Tourism or Communications or Business
• Experience in events and venue management, marketing, hospitality, customer service management, call centre management or quality service management
• Experience in data analytics and/organisation development preferred
