School Gym Personnel

Responsibilities

Unlockand lock the gym facility according to operating hours.
Ensure all lights, equipment and facilities are switched off before closing.
Report any abnormality or irregularity to management.
Inform management of damaged equipment and place appropriate notices such as"Not in Use" or "Under Repair".
Clean and tidy all gym equipment, including equipment in the studio, on a dailybasis.
Work closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient gym operations.
Supervise gym users to ensure compliance with gym rules and regulations.
Provide guidance to recreational users on gym equipment and functional spaceusage.
Conduct gym orientation and pre/post training safety briefings for new users.
Promote safe behaviour and compliance with gym safety rules and regulations.
Remind users to wipe and sanitize equipment after use.
Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies and notify the relevantpersonnel immediately.
Render first aid assistance when required and seek emergency assistance wherenecessary.
Maintain professional conduct and ensure the gym reception area is kept neatand tidy at all times.

Requirements

Basic Exercise Course (BEC) or Equivalent qualification recognized by the National Registry of Exercise Professionals.
First Aid Certification (CPR, AED)
Possess a minimum of one (1) year of gym management experience.
Must acknowledge and comply with the client's Code of Conduct.
Must be neatly attired in the company-issued uniform during duty hours.
Good Customer-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills with students
