Job Description

  1. Lead and supervise all Events, Feedback, Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) and Plant-A-Tree (PAT)Programme Management Services.
  2. Manage manpower deployment, scheduling and resource planning.
  3. Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards.
  4. Oversee event booking management and venue administration activities.
  5. Manage feedback case performance and ensure timely case closure.
  6. Coordinate with project representatives, stakeholders and external agencies.
  7. Review monthly reports, analytics and performance dashboards.
  8. Conduct quality assurance checks and process improvement initiatives.
  9. Handle escalated operational issues and customer complaints.
  10. Prepare management reports, meeting materials and presentations.
  11. Lead monthly review meetings.
  12. Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and confidentiality requirements.


Requirements

  1. A University Degree in Venue/Events/Hospitality and Tourism Management, Mass Communications, Communications and New Media, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. At least five (5) years of experience in events or venue management, marketing, hospitality, customer service management, call centre management or quality service management.
  3. Strong leadership abilities and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  4. Able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
  5. Excellent command of English.
  6. Great interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  7. Responsible and independent.
  8. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  9. Experience in data analytics and/or organisation development preferred.
  10. Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
