Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the venue and ensure events run smoothly.
  • Coordinate event setup, bookings, and venue arrangements with clients and vendors.
  • Respond to customer enquiries through email, phone calls, and in-person
  • Provide good customer service and support guests during events.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and event documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure venue facilities are organized and ready for use.
  • Work closely with the team to handle event logistics and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client requests.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for venue events when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma with experience in events and venue management, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or similar industries can also be considered.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
