Operations Manager (Venue/Event)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily venue/event operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve team goals and maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate event setup, scheduling, and logistics with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed at all times.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide training or guidance when needed.
  • Maintain overall guest satisfaction.
  • Support management in improving operational processes and customer experience.

 Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in Venue/Event/ Hospitality Management, customer service or related fields.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve results. Must demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members towards operational efficiency.
  • Able to multitask and Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Preferably First Aid & CPR certified
