Resident Technical Officer(C&S RTO) - Changi

Responsibilities

• Monitor work progress, site safety, and quality control, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Verify materials, inspect works, and raise discrepancies to the supervising team.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Attend site meetings and maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and variations.
• Assist in reviewing method statements and ensuring proper site execution.
• Ensure works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing site instructions, defect lists, and submission forms

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• On site in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in deep excavation works.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
