Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process across multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical/non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using job portals, and ATS tools.
