Designation : Receptionist Experience : 3+ years Location : Bendemeer Salary : 2500 Job Description: • Handle general inquiries and provide assistance to candidates during interview processes. • Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely routing to the appropriate individuals or departments. • Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment to selected candidates in a timely manner. • Support the HR department in onboarding new employees, including coordination of joining formalities and documentation. • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.
