About the role
The Administrative cum HR Executive will report directly to the General Manager and/or Managing Director, providing support for the Group's back-office functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
Job Scope
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
1. Administrative Duties
- Singapore Office Management which include but not limited to procurement, logistics, maintenance of IT assets and other company assets in the company and coordinating between Singapore management and Malaysia team.
- Reception duties – answering of calls and first point of engagement with clients visiting the office.
2. Talent Development Duties
- Recruitment, onboarding, training and offboarding
- Payroll and staff annual income tax filing
- Handle permit applications in Singapore and Malaysia as required
- Organise and support the performance appraisal process, including providing feedback to staff.
- Maintain proper, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of employee records, training logs, interview notes, and appraisal files to ensure successful ISO audits.
- Manage employee grievances professionally and confidentially
- Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Keep abreast of HR practices, government manpower policies, market salary trends, and competitive benchmarks, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Conduct annual briefing on compliance and ISO
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least A-level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill
Meticulous, organise, independent and prudent in handling confidential information
Experience in working in Singapore construction company or civil and structural consultancy company would be an advantage.
