UXUI Application Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for mobile apps, application solutions for assigned project.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a delightful user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate functional application design ideas and solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our projects fresh and exciting.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and fun.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing designs for mobile apps, application solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Lucidchart.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems with a functional thinking process.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
