Sales Associate (Retail)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and support to customers visiting the showroom
• Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products based on customer preferences
• Explain product features and usage clearly to customers
• Assist with quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Support daily showroom operations, including product display and housekeeping
• Coordinate with team members on stock availability and delivery arrangements
• Contribute to achieving overall sales and service goals
  

Job Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Candidates with retail or customer service experience are welcome to apply
• Interest or familiarity in lighting, bathroom, or home-related products will be an advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working in a team-based retail environment

Working Hours

• 6 days work week (Retail hours - 10:30am - 8:30pm)
• Off day on weekday
