Facility Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience. You will support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for all building users.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facility premises and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve basic repair issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repair and maintenance works
• Conduct regular inspections and report defects or safety concerns
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and building occupants on facility-related matters
• Support ad-hoc facilities projects and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Any qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — no experience required
• Basic hands-on knowledge in general repair, maintenance, and minor fixes is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
