Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drivebusiness growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. You will beresponsible for promoting Vizzio Technologies’ AI and CCTV solutions, managingthe full sales cycle, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needswhile ensuring strong customer relationships and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the client base
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, and presentation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable AI and CCTV solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Follow up on billing and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in CCTV or surveillance solutions sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and present them effectively to clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
