Manufacturing Manager (Electronics)

• Provide operations support: Manufacturing Process and Test
• Provide support uptime & availability of production equipment
• Lead and drive productivity improvement activities
• Provide support scrap reduction opportunities
• Manage equipment maintenance budget
• Support to failure analysis and implementation of CAPA
• Supporting Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) cost saving process
• Manufacturing Process and Test development for New programs
• Provide support to new business pursuit activities
• Supporting new product development Advanced Product Development, Product Development Process with manufacturing expertise
• Involvement in Prototype Phase, Design Verification / Validation, Production Validation / Process Validation build activities
• Develop and implement new manufacturing lines or processes

Requirement

• At least a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in managerial position
