Admin Executive (6-Month Contract)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process documentation for Major Exporter Scheme (MES) submissions.
  • Reconcile import permits against commercial invoices and/or purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team on equipment import documentation and liaise with freight forwarders on import permit matters.
  • Maintain and organize documentation systematically within BOX folders for proper record keeping and audit readiness.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Engineering Equipment Manager or Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, organized, and possesses good documentation and filing skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and follow established processes.

Working Arrangement

  • 6-month contract
  • On-site work arrangement
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Shuttle bus provided
