Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process documentation for Major Exporter Scheme (MES) submissions.
- Reconcile import permits against commercial invoices and/or purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team on equipment import documentation and liaise with freight forwarders on import permit matters.
- Maintain and organize documentation systematically within BOX folders for proper record keeping and audit readiness.
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Engineering Equipment Manager or Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, organized, and possesses good documentation and filing skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and follow established processes.
Working Arrangement
- 6-month contract
- On-site work arrangement
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shuttle bus provided
