IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
· Handle IT support needs of local internal teams
· Provide quotation to clients base on their request, Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors
· Manage L1 & L2 Tickets
· Maintain local IT Inventory
Primary Technical Skills
· Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting.
· Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network.
· Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support.
Qualifications
Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications
· Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
· At least 2-3 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company.
· Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation
