Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.

· Handle IT support needs of local internal teams

· Provide quotation to clients base on their request, Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors

· Manage L1 & L2 Tickets

· Maintain local IT Inventory


Primary Technical Skills

· Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting.

· Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network.

· Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support.


Qualifications

Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications

· Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above

· At least 2-3 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company.

· Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation

· Good English and Chinese communication skills

· Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability

· Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues

· Service oriented business approach

· Ability to deal with global business users at all levels
