Summary

A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We areseeking a seasoned Senior Finance and Accounting Executive responsible forlocal overall financial affairs and have an extensive knowledge of thecompliances and tax regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee and review core financefunctions including financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting andforecasting in line with local tax regulations

·      Ensure timely submission andanalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance withSFRS.

·      Work closely with the HQ teamon statutory reporting, audits, and financial close processes.

·      Support business planning, costcontrol and review cash flow

·      Supervise corporate bookkeepingand preparation of financial statements.

·      Provide management accountinginformation for HQ strategic decision-making.

·      Support audit processesincluding co-ordination with HQ finance team and external consultants andadvisors.

·      Preferably familiar withconsolidation of cross-country financial reports

·      Perform ad-hoc tasks assignedby reporting manager

Qualifications

·      Bachelor/Master in Accounting,Finance, or related fields.

·      Minimum 5 years experiences, with3 years in a CPA firm and 2 years in a similar industry.

·      Must have sound knowledge ofSingapore tax compliances and financial regulations

·      Must be proficient in MicrosoftExcel

·      Able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders internally
