Job Description

Role Summary: You will build the foundation of our company culture and operational efficiency, managing the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection, onboarding, and cultural integration to attract and retain talent.
  • Design and implement HR policies that comply with Singapore’s Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines to ensure legal and ethical workforce management.
  • Manage payroll processing, CPF contributions, and employee benefits administration with accuracy and timeliness to maintain employee satisfaction and compliance.
  • Develop and apply performance evaluation frameworks to assess staff effectiveness and identify training and development opportunities that enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by executing internal communications and engagement activities that promote employee morale and collaboration.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Practical knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR management.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field to support HR functions with foundational knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and enforce policies with approachability and firmness.
  • Ability to work independently as the primary HR lead, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in managing HR operations.
