Job Summary

As an Education Consultant, you will act as a primary advisor for students navigating their academic and career journeys. You will manage the full lifecycle of student recruitment, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic and career options by matching their profiles with suitable international university programs
• Develop and implement personalized application strategies, including reviewing personal statements and preparing students for interviews
• Manage a pipeline of prospective students by conducting timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with university partners to stay updated on admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations
• Support students post-enrollment to ensure smooth transition and success at their chosen institutions
• Communicate effectively with diverse age groups, including students and parents, to build trust and rapport
• Analyze academic requirements to design tailored study plans that meet individual student needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or high-value B2C sales
• Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline

• Excellent communication skills to engage and build rapport with students and parents
