Job Summary

Support student recruitment and immigration advisory processes by applying knowledge of international education systems and global immigration policies. Engage clients with clear communication and professional proposals to achieve conversion targets.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of international education systems or global immigration policies to advise and guide clients effectively
• Build rapport with clients through clear, empathetic communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and engagement
• Proactively pursue and achieve student recruitment and immigration advisory conversion targets with a sales-driven approach
• Draft clear, accurate, and professional proposals and documentation to support client decision-making and compliance
• Utilize 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, immigration advisory, or high-touch customer service to deliver tailored client solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, immigration advisory, or high-touch customer service
• Strong knowledge of international education systems or global immigration policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
