Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Information Technology and HR Analytics to lead digital transformation initiatives, enterprise technology operations, workforce analytics, and HR technology integration across regional business operations.
The candidate will play a critical leadership role in aligning business technology solutions with workforce planning, HR intelligence, operational analytics, and organizational efficiency enhancement.
This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in IT consulting, HR analytics, business intelligence tools, SQL database management, automation, enterprise systems, and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
Information Technology Leadership
• Lead enterprise IT strategy, digital infrastructure planning, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Manage cloud-based business applications, HRMS platforms, enterprise systems, SQL databases, and data management solutions.
• Oversee cybersecurity compliance, system integration, data governance, and IT risk management.
• Develop automation solutions to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and business workflows.
• Coordinate with software vendors, external consultants, and regional business stakeholders.
HR Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Design and implement HR analytics dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced reporting platforms.
• Develop SQL-based data extraction, reporting, and analytics solutions for workforce intelligence and business performance monitoring.
• Analyze organizational data to support strategic hiring, retention planning, productivity measurement, and operational optimization initiatives.
• Generate business intelligence reports and executive dashboards for senior management decision-making.
• Lead predictive analytics projects related to workforce trends, organizational performance, and operational efficiency.
• Improve HR decision-making through AI-driven analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions.
Business & Digital Transformation
• Lead digital innovation and enterprise modernization initiatives across business functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, technology policies, and operational frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, operations, and leadership teams to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and analytics transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior technology and analytics professionals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, HR technology, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise systems management.
• Strong hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries, database management, reporting automation, and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP systems, HRMS platforms, dashboard reporting, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-driven analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and business intelligence systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in regional business operations or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
