We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Fire Protection Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service operations team in ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of fire protection maintenance services.
This role is ideal for a technically competent individual with strong operational and leadership experience in fire alarm and fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily fire protection maintenance and service operations
Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire protection systems
Liaise closely with clients on maintenance schedules, service issues, and operational matters
Ensure maintenance works are carried out in compliance with SCDF and workplace safety requirements
Manage and implement risk assessment and safe work procedures
Conduct technical training and OJT for maintenance technicians
Monitor team productivity, operational performance, and service quality
Support maintenance/service revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Prepare regular operational and progress reports
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related discipline
At least 10 years of relevant experience in fire protection maintenance/service industry
Strong hands-on technical knowledge in:
Fire Alarm Systems
Sprinkler Systems
Fire Protection Systems
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Experience managing maintenance/service teams and daily operations
Candidates with SCDF-related maintenance or project exposure will have an added advantage
Good communication and client management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Class 3 driving licence preferred
Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
