📍 Tuas, Singapore
💰 Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500
🕒 5-Day Work Week | Mon–Fri | 9:00am – 6:15pm
Join a stable and growing company in the heavy vehicle industry! We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to support our spare parts and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
Coordinate packing arrangements for local delivery and export shipments
Monitor stock movement and inventory updates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or related qualification preferred
2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts, sales support, or customer service
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking supplier and floor workers.
Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts is an advantage
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
Proficient in ACCPAC and Microsoft Office
Independent, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Candidates with experience supporting or working with SCDF-related vehicles/equipment will have an added advantage
