Freight Forwarding Operations Exec (Ubi)**AWS/VB

Job Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of Freight Forwarding operations
• Handle drop, import and export shipment processing and coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers/airlines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders
• Arrange shipment bookings, customs clearance, and delivery schedules
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers
• Liaise with service providers for transportation and local handling services
• Process import/export permits and customs documentation
• Manage shipments through EDI systems
• Prepare shipment documentation, operational reports, and invoices
• Support customers adhoc request for inspection of goods etc., 
• Support problem resolution, service recovery, and insurance claims handling
• Supervise and support the Customer Service Operations team

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder / O level
• At least 6 months working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
• Training provided and Career growth opportunity into a future Operations Leader role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willing to learn
• Work location at Ubi, Oxley Bizhub
• Salary $3000 - $4000
• AWS & Variable Bonus
