Customer Service Officer (Freight Forwarding)**AWS / VB

• Handle air & sea freight import/export shipments processing and arrangement
• Coordinate and liaise with service providers and customers to ensure smooth shipments arrangement
• Monitoring and following up of shipments status regularly.
• Process import/export permits
• Processing shipments via EDI software
• Arranging local handling services
• Process monthly reports and shipments invoices

Job Requirements

• O level & above
• Training Provided
• Basic knowledge in Freight Forwarding
• Willing to learn
• Working at Ubi area
• Salary: $3000 - $4000
• AWS / Variable Bonus
