Job Summary

Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong client and candidate relationships, and deliver successful placements that meet hiring needs and achieve business targets. Applicants familiar with Singapore preschool requirements or have experience in early childhood field will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing early childhood trained candidates to fulfill client requirements
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure alignment of expectations and successful placements
• Match candidates effectively to clients’ hiring needs by assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Advise job seekers of the Singapore preschool requirements
• Coordinate with clients from source countries and conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability for roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and client interactions for compliance and reporting
• Provide expert recruitment advice and support to clients and candidates to enhance hiring outcomes
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid CEI Certification (Basic or Comprehensive)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, employment agency, sales, customer service, or human resources
• Experience in early childhood field or a certification in preschool is an advantage
• Familiar with preschool qualifications requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Good organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
