The Operations Process Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations across Singapore and Emerging Markets while driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
This role ensures smooth execution of service operations, including logistics and supply chain activities, while providing actionable insights to improve productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Operations Execution
- Support daily service operations across Singapore and Emerging Markets, ensuring smooth end-to-end case handling and service delivery
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for service parts, including inbound and outbound movements
- Manage inventory to be in line with global targets
- Partner with field service teams to support planning, dispatch coordination, and timely service execution
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements
2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management
- Track and monitor key operational KPIs, including service performance, inventory, backlog, and case resolution timelines
- Perform regular analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas of underperformance
- Highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly and monthly operational reviews
- Support stakeholders with data-driven insights for decision-making
3. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Analyze service operations processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, turnaround time, and service quality
- Standardize processes and best practices across Singapore and Emerging Markets
- Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and operational initiatives
- Contribute to automation and simplification of reporting and operational processes
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with service operations, field service, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment
- Act as a bridge between operations and analytics, translating business needs into actionable insights
- Support regional and market stakeholders in resolving operational challenges
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional team
- Support regional projects and act as the key liaison between regional teams and local market stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in service operations, supply chain, or operations analytics
- Experience in KPI monitoring and operational performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Good understanding of service operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, reporting tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple markets and cross-functional teams
- Experience with systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, or equivalent is an advantage
