Bank Insurance Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients, driving sales of insurance products through proactive outreach and regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
· Conduct customer needs analysis to identify gaps and ensure that customer needs are met with insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
· Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and market trends to effectively promote solutions that deliver optimal value.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the bancassurance channel through effective networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships with bank partners.
· Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance division.
· Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to all regulatory requirements, business processes and company policies
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, financial sales, or insurance advisory
· Experience in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets is highly preferred.
· Possess diploma or degree with relevant financial/ CMFAS certifications
