Job Description:
Oversee all strategic and tactical planning activities related to the assigned products/customers.
Generate production orders and ensure their timely closure.
Monitor and manage the aging of production orders based on creation and completion dates.
Evaluate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and expedite shipments for affected materials as necessary to meet customer orders.
Maintain and update weekly reports, such as OTD reports, R&O reports, and others.
Reduce Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory while simultaneously maximizing sales revenue.
Optimize inventory levels in alignment with AOP targets.
Confirm sales orders within the target turnaround time.
Review customer requirements periodically and collaborate with stakeholders to meet these requirements based on available resources.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related Business field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a supply chain-related position, in a manufacturing industry.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems, knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Collaboration and team player.
