What You'll Do
IT Support
Primary point of contact for end-user support — onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, training
Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, Defender)
Office network support — Wi-Fi, router, and VPN administration
IT asset procurement and vendor management
AV equipment support and IT subscription management
Operations
CCTV and access card system administration
Business continuity planning and ad hoc operational support
What We're Looking For
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
3–6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in Microsoft 365 administration and 2 years in end-user support
Hands-on familiarity with Intune, Exchange Admin Center, and Security & Compliance Center
Vendor management and office operations experience are a bonus
