Senior CAD BIM Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior CAD / BIM Designer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BIM models, technical drawings, and coordinating design information for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed CAD drawings and BIM models for construction projects.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements and company standards.
• Review and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Support project teams in submission drawings and as-built documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting within the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and BIM coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
