· Support and provide architectural design and practices

· Lead and manage a team of architects in charge of projects

· Provide expertise advice to team architects

· To mentor and supervise new employee

· Conduct discussion on common design problems with team members

· Ensure compliance of statutory regulations & contractual obligations.

Requirements:

· A Registered Architect with Board of Architect

· Possess academic qualification that is recognized by Board of Architect

· Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and able to multi-task

· Minimum 8 years of relevant design experience
