Vice President Listed Derivatives Sales Korea

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our Global Markets team, focused on Listed Derivatives in Korea. The role involves driving new business development, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and working closely with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions in listed futures and options.

This is a revenue-generating role that requires a deep understanding of derivatives markets, client needs, and regional regulatory landscapes. An existing portfolio of clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

• Develop and manage a portfolio of institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks, prop desks, and corporates).
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the client base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for listed derivatives execution, clearing, and related services.

Business Development

• Identify and onboard new clients across Korea, Hongkong, and Singapore.
• Drive regional sales strategy in alignment with global business goals.
• Promote exchange-traded futures and options across asset classes (equities, rates, commodities, FX).

Product Knowledge & Execution

• Provide market color, product education, and execution strategies.
• Work closely with internal desks and clearing operations to structure customized trading and clearing solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, quant teams, and legal/compliance to develop and deliver client solutions.
• Coordinate with exchange partners (e.g., SGX,NSE, DGCX, CME, ICE) for product promotion and joint initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience& Skills

• 8+ years of experience in listed derivatives sales, trading, or clearing services.
• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client development in the region.
• Strong understanding of global listed derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure.
• Existing client relationships in Korea preferred.
• Able to communicate (written and spoken) well with Korean client.
