Business Planning Executive / Senior Executive (Power BI, Analytics)

• Analyze business, sales, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Support business planning and commercial performance analysis through data-driven insights

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance

• Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations

• Support CRM reporting, sales analysis, and process improvement initiatives

• Assist in automation and reporting enhancement projects where applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines

• 3–6 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, marketing analytics, or related functions

• Experience in dashboard reporting, business analysis, or performance tracking

• Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to CRM systems, SAP, or Power Automate will be advantageous

• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or B2B industries is preferred
