Project Coordinator (ACMV)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure ACMV project requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Support hands-on testing and commissioning of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRV systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and BMS
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on project schedules, material deliveries, and submission of project documentation such as PTW, SWP, RA, and MOS
• Monitor equipment operations and prepare project progress reports, maintenance reports, and payment claims
• Support site activities and respond to projector operational matters outside regular working hours when required

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in ACMV projects
• Knowledge of industrial or commercial air-conditioning and chiller systems, testing & commissioning, and project coordination
• Able to work independently and respond to site matters outside routine working hours when required
