Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and financial management of assigned construction and fitting-out projects in line with company commercial strategies
• Manage procurement, contract administration, change management, variation claims, EOT submissions, and project cash flow to ensure profitability and compliance
• Conduct financial reviews, provide commercial reporting to management, and support continuous improvement of financial processes
• Lead and manage QS teams throughout the project lifecycle, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and identifying training needs
• Attend project meetings, maintain proper contractual documentation, and collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters

Job Requirements

• Min degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in commercial management within construction or fitting-out projects
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, project financial management, cash flow monitoring, and variation claims
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; MCIOB or MRICS certification is an advantage
