Quantity Surveyor (ACMV / Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Explore and convert new leads or opportunities into new clients
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Sales engagement and closing deals with clients
• Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients.
• Attend Site Show Round.
• Understand clients' needs and provide best value for money solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply. No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Fast learner, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn, positive attitude
