Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, visionary, and creative marketing leader to join us as our Brand Director (Head of Marketing).

This role is responsible for shaping the company’s overall brand direction, creative identity, marketing positioning, and campaign vision across all platforms and touchpoints. You will work closely with management to translate business goals and vision into impactful branding, storytelling, campaigns, and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly creative, strategically driven, and genuinely passionate about branding and marketing. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an individual who takes pride in building brands, has a strong sense of ownership, and genuinely cares about how the brand is represented, perceived, and experienced by its audience. This individual should be excited to nurture, protect, and grow the brand, while leading initiatives that strengthen its influence, reputation, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the company’s overall brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing positioning.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual standards, messaging frameworks, and creative consistency.

  • Work closely with management to conceptualise campaign directions, storytelling strategies, and growth initiatives.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, content positioning, and creative execution across all channels.

  • Lead and coordinate creative, production, social media, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.

  • Direct overall campaign themes, content vision, creative quality, and audience positioning.

  • Ensure consistency in brand representation across digital platforms, partnerships, events, roadshows, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Drive innovative branding ideas and creative initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Review and approve creative outputs, campaign materials, and production deliverables.

  • Stay updated on branding trends, consumer behaviour, and marketing developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in branding, marketing leadership, creative direction, or strategic marketing roles.

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, campaign development, and creative direction.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

  • Creative thinker with strong strategic and commercial awareness.

  • Passionate about building impactful brands and audience experiences.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple creative initiatives.

  • Portfolio or proven track record in successful branding and marketing campaigns preferred.
