Key Responsibilities
Source and secure roadshow spaces, event venues, and activation opportunities.
Plan, organise, and manage seminars, workshops, roadshows, and commercial activation events.
Develop strategies to monetise event spaces, activations, and business opportunities.
Coordinate event setup, fabrication, logistics, vendor management, and operational execution.
Build relationships with venues, malls, event organisers, exhibitors, and commercial stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise event ROI and audience engagement.
Identify new event concepts and activation opportunities to expand revenue streams.
Manage event timelines, budgeting, coordination, and execution planning.
Ensure successful delivery of event experiences aligned with company objectives and branding.
Requirements
Experience in events management, roadshows, activations, or commercial events.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially driven with strong sales and business development capabilities.
Strong operational coordination and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
