Warehouse & Logistics Officer

On behalf of the hiring company we work with, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Logistics Officer :

Billing and Invoicing:

1. Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers.
2. Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.
3. Verify shipment details upon receipt.
4. Liaise with sister companies & distributors.

Warehousing

1. Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouses.
2. Coordinates transportation between the warehouse and the site installation team.
3. Maintain records of warehouse storage and movement.
4. Performs other related duties as directed.

Others

1. Coordination with vendors, warehouse, and freight forwarders.
2. Forklift license

5 Days work-week

12-month contract, renewable, subject to job performance
