Warehouse & Logistics Officer

On behalf of the hiring company we work with, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Logistics Officer : Billing and Invoicing:

• Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers.

• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.

• Verify shipment details upon receipt.

• Liaise with sister companies & distributors.

Warehousing

• Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouses.

• Coordinates transportation between the warehouse and the site installation team.

• Maintain records of warehouse storage and movement.

• Performs other related duties as directed.

Others

• Coordination with vendors, warehouse, and freight forwarders.

• Forklift license
