No experience? No problem — if you've got the passion and the eye for content, we'll help you build the rest.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousel posts)
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar across platforms
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges — and act on them fast
• Write engaging captions and copy that match the brand voice
• Monitor post performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Engage with followers and help grow an active online community
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and self-taught creators are welcome to apply
• Naturally in tune with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
• A good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Self-motivated, creative, and not afraid to try new ideas
• Bonus: experience running your own social media pages or creating content independently
