💼 Position: Business Development Executive
💰 Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 2,800 + Attractive Commission
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Singapore

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive.

✅ With or without experience are welcome to apply! Training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of business development and recruitment processes
• Source and screen suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Match candidates to clients’ hiring requirements
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
