We are a growing renovation company looking for a responsible and organised Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales, customer coordination, and project operations in Singapore.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communication, coordination, and working in a fast-paced renovation environment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly coordinated and completed smoothly.

Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate renovation projects and daily operations
• Follow up with customers, suppliers, and project schedules
• Assist sales team with quotations, invoices, and project documentation
• Arrange site schedules, deliveries, and installation coordination
• Monitor project progress and update customers accordingly
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic project support
• Maintain proper records and project documentation
• Support administrative and operational tasks when required

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• Experience in renovation, interior design, sales coordination, or project coordination is an advantage
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage
